Connect & Onboard
Schedule a Discovery Call so we can learn about your wedding, understand your vision, and determine the best livestream approach for your day.
Following the call, you’ll receive a booking link via email to secure your date with payment.
Shortly after booking, you’ll receive onboarding forms where we gather essential details including your timeline, venue information, planner and vendor contacts, graphic style selections, media assets, and signed service agreements.
Site Visit & Load-in
Following final payment, we connect with relevant vendors and conduct an advance site visit—typically 24–72 hours before your wedding—to assess signal conditions, confirm technical requirements, and determine optimal production positioning.
Our team then completes load-in and setup 12–24 hours in advance whenever logistics permit, ensuring your production is fully prepared before the day begins.
Execute
Your livestream typically begins 30–60 minutes before your ceremony, allowing us to welcome your virtual guests with a polished pre-ceremony experience.
This may include a countdown timer, custom graphics, photo slideshow, engagement video, or other personalized media.
Post-Event
Immediately following your livestream, you’ll receive access to your full ceremony recording via download link.
Your complimentary social media highlight reel is then delivered within 48–72 hours.
